Dental professionals have increased risk of exposure to dental aerosols and droplets. These are caused by the rebound of spray mist on the tooth surface generated by dental instruments (e.g. turbine and powder water jet devices).
In this CE webinar, Dr. Martin Koch will give an insight into the latest research and present initial results of a study that is being conducted.
After viewing this CE webinar the attendee will be able to: • Identify the risks and properties of aerosol particles • Implement measures that will significantly reduce or eliminate dental aerosol risk • Have an understanding as to how a high flow rate of an intraoral device, cannula and technique will achieve this.
