A key principle of infection control is to take action to stay healthy! One of the simplest action items - hand hygiene - is one of the most basic yet misunderstood methods to prevent the spread of microbes. This CE webinar will address hand hygiene in accordance with CDC recommendations to decrease the occupational risk for disease transmission via contaminated hands in the dental setting. Appropriate methods and motivation techniques to enhance compliance will be discussed.
